Product Description:
Bioforce A.Vogel Linoforce Granules, Linseed can be used regularly as a food. Linoforce is made entirely from natural and herbal ingredients. The linseed is coated with Senna and Frangula giving granules which can be taken internally. Linseed is the seed from the plant known as Common Flax. In the past, flax played a very important part in the economy and culture of communities in which it was grown.

HOW IT WORKS:
It is the action of its mucilage which endows Linseed with a unique property. In the presence of water, mucilage has the ability to swell, increasing its volume considerably. This bulking ability can be extremely beneficial to the digestive tract when bowel action is slow or lazy. The bulking action relies on water, and hence Linseed should be taken with plenty of fluid.

The oils present in Linseed also have a lubricant effect, supporting the bulking action of mucilage.

INGREDIENTS FOR USE OF Bioforce A.Vogel Linoforce Granules:
100gm of Bioforce A.Vogel Linoforce Granules typically provides:
• Linseed 43.03g
• Senna Leaves 12.91g
• Rhamnus Frangula 1.07g
• Crystallised Sucrose 12.05g
• Vanilla 0.02g
• Ginger Essence 0.02g
• Excipients to 100g

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Bioforce A.Vogel Linoforce Granules:
• Take 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10ml) as required sprinkled over your breakfast cereal or take with 200ml water.
• If required take a further 1 or 2 teaspoonfuls (5-10ml) in the evening with 200ml water.

ADDITIONAL ADVICE:
It is not advisable to use laxatives on a long term basis without the advice of a Healthcare Professional.
