Allergy Research’s DIM® Vitex PMS formula contains Diindolylmethane, or DIM®, which has shown that it may support healthy Oestrogen metabolism. Combined with Vitex Agnus Castus and Green Tea Extract, this formula may offer extra nutritional support for the female reproductive system, breast health and menstrual complaints.

Suggested Use: As a dietary supplement, 1 capsule two times daily with a meal, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

• BioResponse DIM™; A patented Diindolylmethane complex: starch, DIM (25% min.), Vitamin E Succinate, Phosphatidylcholine (soy), silica; 75 mg
• Green Tea Extract decaffeinated (standardised to 60% Catechins); 600 mg
• Vitex agnus-castus (berries) extract; 20 mg

Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, L-leucine.

Caution:
Do not use this product if you are pregnant or lactating, or using birth control pills. Harmless changes in urine color may occur. Increased water consumption reverses this side effect.
