DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Apply the gel daily by massaging thoroughly into the body using both hands.
Initially use circular massage movements, then knead the skin, starting from the heel, moving upwards towards the thighs and finally the buttocks.
Apply to the parts of the body that need to be remodelled (thighs, buttocks, hips, stomach etc.) over 3-4 weeks for an optimal result.
Apply the gel once or twice a day to clean, dry skin.
