Arnica Extra (known as Profelan® in Germany), is an innovative massage cream created by Dr. Müller-Wohlfahrt, team doctor for FC Bayern Munich and the German National Football team.
Arnica Extra contains 20% Arnica tincture combined with vitamins A, C and E, zinc oxide, antioxidants and peppermint to provide soothing and effective relief from the effects of a busy day, sporting injuries and accidents such as bruises, sprains, pulled ligaments or muscles, contusions and bumps.
The action of Arnica Extra cream depends on the effective ingredients of arnica tincture, which are enabled to deploy their full effect through the special ointment base.
Arnica Extra contains 20% Arnica tincture, a much greater concentration than most other Arnica creams. The Arnica is sourced from the yellow flowers of Arnica Montana, a plant found growing on the calpenic soils in the mountainous regions of Europe.
Together with the effects of Arnica, the massage cream is supported and enhanced by its specially developed base. This base acts as a carrier of the Arnica, stimulates the absorption and provides skin care without being greasy and with a pleasant fragrance. This is achieved by using only the highest quality raw material and state-of-the-art technology. Vitamins A, E and C have been added to repair, nourish and moisturise the skin and neutralise free radicals. Zinc oxide makes the cream smooth, and helps to protect the skin. Peppermint provides a cooling effect with a pleasant and refreshing fragrance.

Ingredients of Arnica Extra:
Aqua, arnica tincture (20%), emulsified cetyl stearyl alcohol, medium chained triglycerides, glycerol mono-sterate 40-50%, 2-octylodecanol, cetyl stearyl alcohol, carbomer type 980 NF (poly acrylic acid), ethanol, lecithin, PEG-75 shea butter, glycerides, retinyl palmitate (vitamin A palmitate), ascorbyl plamitate (vitamin C palmitate), alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), dimethicone, tromethamine, menthe piperita (peppermint), zinc oxide, olibanum oil, chlorophyll powder, potassium phosphate.
Directions for use of Arnica Extra:
Apply 3cm of cream three times a day. Massage onto skin in appropriate area with the palm of the hand.
Store in a cool dry place not exceeding 25 degrees C.
