Recent studies have demonstrated that male infertility is on the increase. There are several possible explatnations for this; an increase in congenital malformation of the male genitalia, environmental factors such as pollution, exposure to xenooestrogenic compounds, cigarette smoking, drugs and above all, poor nutrition.

L-Arginine is an amino acid that is a precursor involved in the process of sperm motility. L-Carnitine is found in high concentrations in sperm cells and may have a role in the motility and quantity of spermatozoa. L-taurine is beneficial for sperm motility and a deficiency in L-taurine has been linked to male infertility. Zinc and selenium are essential for the manufacture of antioxidant enzymes.
Zinc is also required for viable sperm count and seminal volume. Selenium has been shown to be beneficial for normal sperm formation, and Vitamin E is an antioxidant and has long been associated with fertility

INGREDIENTS:
One (1) vegetable capsule of BIOCARE ASC PLUS typically provides:
•L-arginine HCI 450mg
•Vitamin E 187i.u. (d-alpha tocopherol) 288mg
•L-Carnitine 50mg
•L-Taurine 50mg
•Sodium Selenite 201µg/ elemental selenium 90µg
•Zinc Citrate 24.2mg/ elemental zinc 7.5mg
NON-ACTIVE INGREDIENTS:

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
One (1) capsule taken twice a day with food or as professionally directed.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
L-Arginine is not recommended for growing adolescents and is contra-indicted in herpes simplex and for anyone with a history of schizophrenia. BioCare recommend that people with these conditions do not take BioCare ASC Plus (Male Fertility complex).
