• Bifidobacterium bifidum 19.5mg (providing 4 billion viable cells if stored correctly).
DIRECTIIONS FOR USE OF BioCare Bifidobacterium Bifidum Powder:
Recommended intake :One gram (approximately a quarter teaspoon) in water taken daily with food or as professionally directed.
