Biocare Essential Omegas by Patrick Holford is a comprehensive omega rich formulation including Fish Oil and Borage Oil Complex. Essential Omegas combines DHA and EPA from fish oil, together with GLA from borage oil. EPA and DHA are the key omega 3 fatty acids that have shown to be important for maintaining a healthy heart and arteries, supporting brain function and to help sustain flexible joints. GLA is a key omega 6 fatty acid which helps maintain hormone balance, helps keep the blood and blood vessels healthy and helps maintain normal blood.
