One tablet of BioCare Vitamin B12 provide:
• Lecithin (with silicon dioxide) 100mg
• Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) 250μg
• Vitamin B12 (hydroxycobalamine) 250μg
NON-ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF BioCare Vitamin B12:
Recommended Intake: One tablet taken daily with food or as professionally directed.
CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Not suitable for children under the age of 14 years (See Junior B Complex or Vitasorb® B12 for this age group).
