DIRECTION FOR USE Bioharmony Rhodiola Root Extract:
Suggested Dosage: As a nutritional food supplement for adults, take two capsules daily with water or as otherwise directed by a healthcare practitioner.
NB. For chronic stress and general health maintenance, take two capsules daily and take on a cycle of four months on, two weeks off.
