Working for a health store is quite different to other retail stores work. With the new and ever increasing interest in natural healthcare and government regulations on food supplements, herbal products and how they interact with prescription medication, you really need to know about the products you are selling. Revital have a team of experienced managers who are able to help and guide you on your way, and we offer our own in-house training scheme to ensure that our staff have competent knowledge of the products we supply.
We run a busy online store and mail order service from our head office in South Ruislip, which also houses our customer service team, marketing team, and main warehouse. Our E-Commerce, mail order and customer service teams give friendly and helpful advice about the products we supply, as well as dealing with customer orders and customer service enquiries. Our marketing team work hard on our website, PR and and the general store promotions.
