Bee pollen is the pollen gathered by bees from the stamens of flowers. It is collected from the hive as small pellets, which contain all the known nutrients necessary for human survival. It is an excellent vegetarian source of protein and one of the few vegetable sources that contains the complete B-complex, including vitamin B12. Contraindications
