Job Title: Full-Time Product Advisor/Health Store Sales Assistant

Location: London Belsize Park Branch x 1, Hounslow Middlesex Branch x 1

The Position:

Working within one of Revital's ten health food stores is a more specialised environment than most retail stores. A product advisor/sales assistant working within our stores has to have excellent customer service and communication skills together with product knowledge. Assisting and advising our customers is key to the sales assistant roles within our stores. You will also be required to assist with clearing the daily deliveries, checking and pricing stock, and all the daily duties required to keep the store running smoothly.

Requirements:

• An interest in natural healthcare, supplements, natural remedies & nutrition is vital 
• Knowledge of products & basic nutrition or a Qualification in natural health, complementary therapies, nutrition or naturopathy an advantage
• Good customer service & communication skills
• Previous retail experience with previous experience working within a health store or healthcare company an advantage
