DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Cytoplan Cytoplex:
• It does not really stand alone as a comprehensive one-a-day formula, as the levels of minerals are too low for maintenance - but at 3 to 4 tablets
daily it is ideal for starters.
• When combined with CoQ10 Antioxidant Nutrient Formula (containing vitamin C) it offers a complete programme.
• It can also be used alongside the Foundation Formulae to boost levels of B vitamins - at a level of 1 - 2 a day.
PLEASE NOTES:
• Needs to be used at a level of 3 - 4 tablets daily or combined with another multi.
