• Black Horehound
• Galangal
• Peppermint
• Chamomile
• Cinnamon
DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Dr Benson's Herbal Blend No.41 Ginger+:
• Dilute 20-30 drops (1ml) of herbal liquid extract in a quarter of a glass (about 50 ml) of water.
• Take three times a day, unless otherwise recommended.
• Herbal liquid extracts contain alcohol.
• If required, alcohol can be removed by diluting the liquid extract in boiling water which evaporates the alcohol without damaging herbs.
