Dr Red Spearole Tea is a refreshing spearmint tea which has the benefit of being highly concentrated with a diverse array of antioxidants. Scientists at The University of Queensland have made remarkable progress with this powerful food concept that boasts an array of powerful antioxidants from superfoods.
Green tea is a type of tea made solely with the leaves of Camellia sinensis. The leaves undergo minimal oxidation during processing. Green tea originates from China and has become associated with many cultures in Asia from Japan to the Middle East.
Olive leaf is the leaf of the olive tree. While olive oil is well known for its flavour and health benefits, the leaf has been used medicinally for many years. Natural olive leaf and olive leaf extracts have been shown to have antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory effects at a laboratory level.
The approach was to test individual antioxidant beverages and combinations in the laboratory and then determine the optimal formula.

Brewing Instructions:
Brew using one level teaspoon (1.5 grams dry weight) of Dr Red Spearole Tea per cup. For best results steep no longer than two minutes.
