Ingredients: Extract blend (Green tea, green coffee, oolong tea, white tea), milk calcium, hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose, caffeine, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide), pepper extract, pyridoxine hydrochloride, cyanocobalamin.
Recommended Use:
Take 3 capsules twice daily before meals, at least 4 hours between servings and 1 hour before exercise. Do not exceed 5 days per week. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for 2 weeks. Smaller individuals, or individuals who have never taken thermogenic products may wish to start with 1 capsule twice daily and increase the dosage as tolerated. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Improper use may be hazardous to health and also includes; Use of the product other than as recommended; during extended periods of extreme exercise and/or while dehydrated or overheated; combination with aspirin, any anti-coagulant (blood thinner), or any ephedrine group alkaloid or caffeine alkaloid or other ingredients that have a known stimulant effect. Such products may include drugs used as decongestants or for allergy, asthma, cough/cold or weight control and certain dietary supplements and herbal or botanical products that have a stimulant effect. Do not use with alcohol. Keep out of the reach of children.
