Look for diet powders in the supplement section of health food stores, or in the specialty foods section of some supermarkets. Store diet powders in a cool, dark location for up to six months.

Blend diet powders with rice milk or soya milk for a quick dairy-free breakfast. Combine them in a blender with bananas, peaches, or berries for added nutrition.
