Health Perception Glucosamine Sulphate gives 750mg of Glucosamine Sulphate per tablet. It also provides a mix of other essential nutrients, including vitamin C (to maintain the health of the tissues around the joint), calcium (to maintain the health and strength of the bones that make up the joint), and manganese (to assist the absorption of calcium into the bones of the joint).

Directions: Take 1 tablet twice a day with meals.
