Purified water, Sorbitol, glucosamine HCL (min 99% purity), Chondroitin Sulphate (min 90% purity - marine source) Natural strawberry flavour, monobasic potassium phosphate, sodium benzoate, colour: Allura red.
Directions For Use: No need to dilute. Measuring cap enclosed. One 10ml serving of Joint-Flex provides 500mg of Glucosamine HCL and 400mg of Chondroitin sulphate. One 20ml serving of Joint – Flex provides 1000mg of Glucosamine HCL and 800mg of Chondroitin Sulphate * One 30ml serving of Joint-Flex provides 1500mg of Glucosamine HCL and 1200mg of Chondroitin Sulphate
