Higher Nature Advanced Brain Nutrients provides key vitamins, phospholipids and amino acids optimise the function of the brain. It may help with the production of the neurotransmitter, acetylcholine, for healthy concentration, memory and learning. Choline is a precursor of acetylcholine and a vital component of nerve cells. Phosphatidyl serine also plays a role in brain synapses. Both support the storage and retrieval of information in the brain (both of which decline with age). Arginine pyroglutamate supports acetylcholine receptors and improves communication between the left and right brain hemispheres. Acetyl-L-carnitine provides the ‘acetyl’ component to make acetylcholine. Carnitine can be used directly by the brain as fuel.

Two capsules provide:
• Choline (bitartrate); 260mg
• Arginine pyroglutamate; 200mg
• Pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) (calcium d-pantothenate); 200mg
• Acetyl-L-carnitine; 100mg
• Phosphatidyl serine; 30mg
• Vitamin B3 (as nicotinamide); 20mg
• Folic acid; 150µg
• Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin); 20µg
Other ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose.
Suggested intake:
