Higher Nature Freecarb
Higher Nature Freecarb is a proprietary extract of white kidney beans (phaseolamin 2250®), which may inhibit the digestion of approximately 1500 calories of starch when taken half an hour before a meal. The undigested starch travels through the digestive system, where it provides bulk similarily to fibre and is then eliminated.
Higher Nature Freecarb provides the same phaseolamin, also called Phase 2 Starch Neutralizer®, as used in clinical studies around the world. Cheap substitutes, such as 'white kidney bean extract', do not have a comparable effect. Diabetics should monitor their blood sugar level carefully and may need to lower their insulin intake.
