DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Higher Nature Mexican Wild Yam Cream:
Sugested application: Apply Sparingly to the inner arms or thighs, twice a day. Can also be applied to the outer vaginal area (dilute with Higher Nature's Aloe Vera Skin Gel, V-Gel or a simple cream).
