Ispaghula Husk is a 100% natural fibre product which consists solely of husks from the plant Ispaghula husk. Husk is a laxative herbal medicine which alleviates the symptoms of constipation, slow bowel movements, diarrhoea and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) in a 100% natural way - and at the same time you benefit from the cholesterol lowering effects of the fibre.
Application:
Herbal medicinal product against temporary constipation. Treatment fo irritable bowel syndrome, when your doctor has excluded other reasons for the symptoms.
Soften stools for people suffering from haemorrhoids or anal fussures.
Help people suffering from diarrhoea of various causes. Can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Notice: Temporary discomfort from flatulence may occur.
Dosage for adults, elderly and children over 12 years of age:
2-3 level 5 m; spoonfuls (3-4.5gr) morning and evening.
Ispaghula Husk can be stirred with water ro sprinkled on yoghurt or similar products. The product must be taken with 1-2 flasses of water, milk, juice or other liquid.
Then maintain a high fluid intake.
Ispaghula Husk is not recommended for children under 12 years of age or babies.

Ispaghula Husk 1.5 grams.
The enclosed measuring spoon corresponds with a 5ml spoon.
Storage:
Do not store above 25oC. Store in the original container.
Open the aluminium bag with a pair of scissors as shown on the illustration on the bag. After use fold the top of the amuminium bag firmly with a paper clip or a rubber band and keep the bag in the cardboard box.
