Ingredients: 3.5 grams of Psyllium (plantago ovato) Fiber
Recommended Usage: One (1) level teaspoon in 8 oz. of liquid; up to 3 times daily at the first sign of irregularity. Can be used before or after meals. Typically produces effect in 12-48 hours. Children (6-12 years): 1/2 of adult dose in 8 oz. of liquid; up to 3 times each day. Consult a doctor for children under 6 years. Put one level teaspoon into an empty glass. Fill glass with minimum of 8 oz. of water or your favorite juice. Stir briskly and drink immediately. If the mixture thickens; add more liquid and stir. May also be mixed in a blender. Drink immediately after mixing.
Cautions: It is important to drink this product immediately after mixing. Drinking a second glass of liquid after using product is helpful. Taking this product without adequate fluid; or delays in use after mixing may make product difficult to swallow.
Do not use this product when abdominal pain; nausea; or vomiting are present unless directed to do so by a doctor. If the constipation continues for longer than a week; consult your doctor.
