Kiwiherb Milk Thistle and Dandelion Formula, 50ml.
This practitioner-strength formula from Kiwherb contains the traditional liver herbs Milk Thistle, Dandelion root, Globe artichoke and Liquorice root. All herbs are certified organic and are combined to produce a high potency herbal formula which helps support the normal cleansing and detoxification of the liver.
Liver detoxification should be begun slowly to avoid possible digestive upsets. Begin at the lower dose and gradually increase to larger doses. If feeling nauseous following ingestion, decrease the dosage and drink plenty of water.
Indications for Kiwiherb Milk Thistle and Dandelion:
- Detoxification of the liver and body, especially following toxic exposure or in those prone to constipation.
- Supporting the liver in cases of liver disease or damage, or with the use of potentially hepatotoxic medicines.

Recommended Dosage for Kiwiherb Milk Thistle and Dandelion:
Adults: Days 1-3: dilute 1 to 2ml in a little water or juice. Take twice (2) daily after food. Day 4 onwards: Dilute 3 to 5ml in a little water or juice. Take up to three (3) times daily with food.
Contraindications and Cautions:
- Avoid prolonged use (longer than 6-8 weeks) especially those with high blood pressure or fluid retention.
- Do not take in pregnancy. Detoxification programmes should be undertaken before conception rather than during pregnancy.
- Do not use in cases of severe gallbladder disease.
