Lamberts Iron (As Citrate). We specifically chose iron in the citrate form as it is readily absorbed and highly boavailable. Consequently, the problem of constipation, caused so often by other forms of iron supplements, is avoided, resulting in the benefit of improved patient compliance. Each tablet provides 14mg of iron.

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Tableted with: DiCalcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Lamberts Iron (As Citrate):
• 1 to 2 tablets daily with a meal.

CAUTION: This product contains iron, which , if taken in excess, may be harmful to very young children. Over 20mg of iron may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
