Lamberts Kelp Tablets (Iodine). Kelp has long been known as a rich natural source of iodine. We use kelp in the fonn of dried Ascophyllum nodosurn and dry extract of Fucus vesiculosus which are carefully prepared to ensure 150µg of iodine is provided in every tablet.
