DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Lamberts Optivite:
• 1 to 3 Tablets daily with a meal.
CAUTION: Pregnant women should only take this product on the advice of their doctor. No other Vitamin A or B6 supplements should be taken in conjunction with Optivite. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children.
