It is well established that many people's diets provide insufficient supplies of calcium and this problem isn't just confined to adults as official figures show that 71 % of UK female teenagers aged between 16-18 years old fail to consume adequate calcium from the diet and that there are a quarter of UK 4 year olds following this trend as well. Calcium intakes of girls and women are of particular concern because of the risk of osteoporosis.
Osteoguard is an all-In-one bone health formula containing high levels of calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, alongside boron and vitamin D. Whilst one tablet a day provides good support for most diets, two tablets daily is particularly preferable, for those with diets containing little dairy produce or those of menopausal age.

One Tablet of Lamberts Osteoguard provides:
• Calcium 500mg
• Magnesium 250mg
• Boron 1.5mg
• Vitamin D 0.625µg
• Vitamin K 20µg
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Tableted with: Acacia, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Colour: Titanium Dioxide, Glycerin), Cellulose, Crosslinked Cellulose Gum, Stearic Acid, Silicon Dioxide.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Lamberts Osteoguard:
• 1 to 2 Tablets daily with a meal.
CAUTION: Over 400mg of magnesium may cause mild stomach upset in sensitive individuals.
