One tablet of Lamberts Vitamin C Time + Bioflavonoids provides:
• Vitamin C 500mg
• Citrus Bioflavonoids 50mg
• Rose Hip Powder 25mg

OTHER INGREDIENTS:
Tableted with: DiCalcium Phosphate,Cellulose, Tablet Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin), Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Stearic Acid.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Lamberts Vitamin C Time + Bioflavonoids:
• 1 to 2 tablets 3 times daily with a meal.
