Lamberts You’re in Control™ comprises of a special high potency extract from the seeds of Curcubita pepo, which is more commonly known as pumpkin. We have specifically chosen to use the extract EFLA® 940 since this is a new kind of pumpkin seed extract that is free from the normal fats and fatty acids present in the seeds.
It is also the extract that has been used in clinical studies on women (typically aged 45 years and over) that suffer from age related urinary problems and in particular, frequent urination and stress incontinence.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Lamberts You’re in Control™:
• 1 tablet daily with a meal.
