You know how much better you feel after a good night of natural sleep. The herbs used in this herbal complex have been blended to help a natural night's sleep and to allow you to wake up feeling refreshed and ready for whatever the day brings.
Directions: 40 to 60 drops with a little water, initially 3 times daily and then, as the product takes effect (usually after two or three days) once daily before going to bed. On a once daily dose, this bottle should last for approximately one month.
