Optima Liquid Evening Primrose Oil - Natural taken internally, Optima's Evening Primrose Oil is used by the body to regulate important biological processes including cell growth and the reproductive cycle. Many women use Evening Primrose Oil around the time of menstruation. Externally, it is useful in maintaing the skins natural moisture levels and can be of benefit to those suffering from dry skin conditions.

Cold Pressed Evening Primrose Oil is available in liquid, ~ just half a teaspoon is equal to 5 x 500mg capsules. EPO provides 10% of the active ingredient GLA. As it is a liquid it is suitable for vegetarians, unlike gelatin capsules. Free from artificial colours, preservatives and flavouring. Yeast, sugar and gluten free.
Directions for Use: One-quarter teaspoon per day (equiv. to 2 ½ x 500mg capsules). Up to one half teaspoon can be taken if required (equiv. to 5 x 500mg capsules).
