The Workshop:

During this Living Foods workshop you will learn not only how to juice your own Living Foods (such as wheatgrass), but will also learn about the best juices for health and longevity! Elaine will show you how to successfully sprout seeds and grains, and how to dehydrate them to make delicious homemade cookies packed with nutritious power.

You can juice and taste wheatgrass, and learn all about juicing other Living Foods. Elaine is a renowned expert in the field of Living Foods and will share her healthy tips on juicing, preparing and cooking Living Foods. You will also be able to share a delicious Living Foods Lunch (pleae bring any raw, or live vegetarian foods with you to share with participants on the day).

This workshop is open to everyone, men and women, mums and dads, the interested public and health care professionals.

The Presenter:

Elaine Bruce BA is a naturopath, the Founder and Director of the UK Centre for Living Foods and author of 'Living Foods for Radiant Health' (Thorsons 2003). The Venue:

This seminar is held at our feng shui designed Health Education Centre located on the lower ground floor of Revital Health Shop at 22 Wigmore Street, London, W1. To attend this event you must pre-book and pay the seminar fee in order to reserve your place. Please be advised that we are not able to accept payment on the day of the event. Upon receiving your booking and seminar fee a confirmation letter together with receipt of payment will be sent to you and will detail our cancellation policy for this event.
