Back by popular demand, Elaine Bruce from The UK Centre for Living Foods will be holding a Living Foods Extravaganza at the Revital Health Education Centre on Saturday 10th of November from 10am to 4pm. Come along and learn all about how to make the best juices for health and longevity!
Learn all about how to make the best juices for health and longevity! During this workshop Elaine will inform you of how to sprout seeds and grains, and dehydrate them to make delicious home-baked cookies packed with nutritious power!
You can taste wheatgrass juice and learn all about juicing Living Foods. Learn lots of handy hints, and Living Foods tips from a renowned expert and share a delicious Living Foods lunch! For the shared lunch participants are requested to bring some raw or live vegetarian foods with you to share with the group.
Elaine Bruce BA is a naturopath, the Founder and Director of the UK Centre for Living Foods and author of `Living Foods for Radiant Health' (Thorsons 2003). This event is open to everyone, but pre-booking is essential to reserve your place. For practitioners 5 CPD credits are awarded.
