The ingredients in Metagenics Hemagenics® have been shown to support the formation and maintenance of healthy red blood cells. This comprehensive formulation provides iron as a mineral amino acid chelate that is designed to be non-constipating in most individuals.
Metagenics Hemagenics® features ActiFolate®, a proprietary blend of active folates that includes 5-formyl tetrahydrofolate, L-5-methyl tetrahydrofolate, and folic acid for greater bioavailability.
Directions:
One tablet daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, silica, magnesium stearate, and coating (deionized water, microcrystalline cellulose, polyethelene glycol, and carrageenan).
