Directions:

• Calcium (as lactate); 25 mg
• Magnesium (as citrate); 50 mg
• Passion Flower Extract 5.5:1 (Passiflora incarnata); 20 mg
• Valerian Root Extract 6.15:1 (Valeriana officinalis); 10 mg
Other Ingredients: Cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide, Sodium carboxymethylcellulose, Stearic acid, Microcrystalline cellulose.
