OTHER INGREDIENTS:
• Water, organic alcohol, organic myceliated brown rice.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF New Chapter Throat Defense:
• At the first sign of a tickle or a scratchy throat, or an environmental exposure, place the sprayer close to your mouth and spray 3-4 squirts back toward your throat.
• Be extremely careful not to spray the mist into your eyes.
