One-half teaspoon (2.5ml) of Planetary Formulas Ashwagandha Liquid Herbal Extract provides:
• Extract Blend 1.5 ml Ashwagandha Root
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
• Grain Alcohol (50%), Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerine
DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Planetary Formulas Ashwagandha Liquid Herbal Extract:
• Take one-half teaspoon, two to three times daily.
• May be mixed with water or juice.
