(Chamomile Aerial Parts, Jujube Seed, Hawthorn Berry, Catnip Aerial Parts, Lemon Balm Leaf, Long Pepper Fruit, Licorice Root, Amla Fruit, Magnesium Taurinate, Calcium Carbonate, Gotu Kola Aerial Parts, and essential oils of Anise Fruit, Cassia Bark, and Clove Fruit.)
OTHER INGREDIENTS:
• Purified water, vegetable glycerine, potassium sorbate and potassium benzoate.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Planetary Formulas Chamomile Lemon Balm:
• Take 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon, 2 to 3 times daily.
