DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Planetary Triphala:
• Take 1 to 2 times daily, briskly stir 1 level teaspoon of Triphala into an 8 oz glass of non-acidic fruit juice (such as apple or papaya) or water.
• Drink immediately and follow with a glass of pure water.
• For optimal cleansing action, take on an empty stomach, or as recommended by your health care professional.
• To decrease the appetite, drink 30 minutes before meals.
