The microorganisms contained within Protexin Vitality for Children occur naturally in the gut of children. When added to the diet, these microorganisms replenish, re-establish and maintain the disrupted gut. Children are particularly susceptible to changes in gut microflora and thus may lose the correct balance in their gut which results in digestive upsets. Protexin Vitality for Children promotes the mechanism of competitive exclusion against potential pathogenic bacteria, efficient digestion and natural immunity of the body.
Protexin Vitality is designed for use:
• As a back-to-school formulation when there is an increased risk of infections such as stomach infections or viruses such as colds or flu
• During and after antibiotic therapy to help prevent the occurrence of antibiotic-associated diarrhoea
• For specific gastrointestinal complaints such as Irritable Bowel Disease (including colitis and Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and Lactose Intolerance to help prevent the symptoms of these disorders and encourage good digestion
• During travel when consuming different types of water and food and the risk of food poisoning is increased
Recommended daily intake:
Take 2 tablets daily preferably after the main meal of the day.
