Made with lightly kilned lager malt and speciality Vienna malt with generous addtion of German hops gives this beer significant bitterness and fragrance. The aroma of Samuel Smith Organic Lager has the classic cornflour nose of a good lager beer, with a splendid balance of juicy malt and tart hops in the mouth, followed by a long, delicate and dry finish dominated by luscious, perfumey hops.
