• Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 25mg,
• Magnesium (as oxide) 400mg.

Solgar Magnesium with Vitamin B6 are tableted with these natural ingredients: dibasic calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, stearic acid, magnesium stearate.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Solgar Magnesium with Vitamin B6:
As a food supplement for adults, three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
