Ingredients: Organically grown ginger rhizome (70%)*, organically grown West Indian lemongrass leaf.

Preparation:
Pour 240ml freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract.
Dosage:
Drink 2 to 3 cups daily, 30 minutes before meals
