• Lactobacillus acidophilus: 60%
• Bifidobacterium bifidum: 15%
• Streptococcus thermophilus: 15%
• Lactobacillus bulgaricus: 5%
• Lactobacillus salivarius: 5%

DIRECTIONS FOR USE OF Savant Udo's Choice Infant's Super 5 Probiotic:
• Take one lozenge to gently dissolve in mouth over a 15 minute period. One per day on a full stomach.
• Take three lozenges gently in mouth per day on a full stomach when suffering from intestinal disorders.
