• Supports maintaining a normal, restful sleep*
• Contributes to a calm and peaceful night
• Easy-to-use dissolvable granules for convenience
• Formulated with a unique combination of Lemon balm, Lettuce extract, Magnesium, and L-tryptophan
• Suitable for individuals aged 12 and over and non-addictive

Ingredients

• Xylitol, mannitol (sweeteners)
• Magnesium citrate
• Lemon Balm extract (Melissa officinalis) 9.5%
• L-tryptophan 6%
• Lettuce extract (Lactuca sativa) 3.8%
• Natural orange flavour and other natural flavours
• Gum arabic (thickener)
• Magnesium stearate (glazing agent)
• Citric acid
• Steviol glycoside from Stevia (sweetener)

Directions

Adults and children aged 12 and above should take one sachet daily, preferably one hour before bedtime. Simply pour the granules directly into the mouth and swallow with or without water for a soothing, calming effect.

Precautions

Keep out of reach and sight of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Contains sweeteners; excessive consumption may have laxative effects. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet.
