Only select Manuka honey can carry the UMF trademark, which is highly sought-after. Every batch of Manuka honey from Comvita is tested by accredited laboratories registered to measure the UMF level. All batches are assessed by qualified technicians for flavour, colour and aroma.
Comvita guarantees that their Manuka honey is equal to or higher than the UMF level stated on the jar label. Comvita's UMF Manuka Honey contains Non-Peroxide activity which is more potent than Active Honeys which only contain Peroxide Activity.
