Aqueous extract (54%) from: Carrots, Nettles, Spinach, Quitch Roots, Angelica Roots, Fennel, Ocean Kelp, African Mallow Blossom, Orange Peel. Mixture of fruit juice concentrates (29.4%): Pear, Grape, Blackcurrant, Blackberry, Cherry, Orange, Red Beet, Lemon. Honey, Rosehip extract with vitamin C, Iron (as ferrous gluconate), Wheat Germ Extract, Yeast Extract, Vitamins C, B6, B12, Thiamin, Riboflavin, and Maltodextrin.

Directions
