Revital Limited ("Revital") understands that your privacy is important to you and that you care about how your information is used and shared online.
When we say 'we' or 'us' in this policy, we're referring to the separate and distinct legal entities that make up Revital Limited (as the operator of the Stores and Websites), or other subsidiaries as appropriate. 3. Scope - What Does This Policy Cover
This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of Our Services. It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from Our Sites (whether We provide those links or whether they are shared by other users). We have no control over how your data is collected, stored or used by other websites and We advise you to check the privacy policies of any such websites before providing any data to them.

6.7 Legal claims: The processing of your personal information is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or whenever courts are acting in their judicial capacity; and

7. How Do We Use Your Data
7.1 All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR). For more details on security see section 8, below.

7.3 In some cases, the collection of data may be a statutory or contractual requirement, and We will be limited in the products and Services We can provide you without your consent for Us to be able to use such data.
7.4 With your permission and/or where permitted by law, We may also use your data for marketing purposes which may include contacting you by email, AND/OR Social Media InMails/Direct Message AND/OR Social Media posts AND/OR telephone AND/OR text message AND/OR post with information, news and offers on Our products AND/OR Services. We will not, however, send you any unsolicited marketing or spam and will take all reasonable steps to ensure that We fully protect your rights and comply with Our obligations under the GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as amended in 2004, 2011 and 2015.
7.5 Advertisers whose content appears on Our Sites may engage in what is known as "behavioural advertising" - advertising which is tailored to your preferences, based on your activity. Your activity is monitored using Cookies, as detailed below in section 14. You can control and limit your data used in this way by adjusting your web browser's privacy settings. Please note that We do not control the activities of such advertisers, nor the information they collect and use. Limiting the use of your data in this way will not remove the advertising, but it will make it less relevant to your interests and activities on Our Sites.
7.6 Under GDPR we will ensure that your personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, without adversely affecting your rights.
8. How and Where Do We Store Your Data
8.1 We will keep your personal information for the purposes set out in this privacy policy and in accordance with the law and relevant regulations, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it. We will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. We will conduct an annual review to ascertain whether we need to keep your data. If you close your account, we will retain your personal data for a period where it is necessary to continue operating our business effectively, to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes or fraud prevention purposes until these purposes no longer exist, and to retain as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. In most cases, our retention period will come to an end 10 years after the end of your relationship with us. Your data will be deleted if we no longer need it in accordance with the terms of our Data Retention Policy. Our Data Retention Policies listed in section 7.2.
8.2 Your data will only be stored within the European Economic Area ("the EEA") (The EEA consists of all EU member states, plus Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein).

You are deemed to accept and agree to this by using Our Sites and submitting information to Us. If We do store or transfer data outside the EEA, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the EEA and under the GDPR. Such steps may include, but not be limited to, the use of legally binding contractual terms between Us and any third parties We engage and include contractual commitments approved by the European Commission, on recipients of the data, to ensure that there is adequate protection for your personal data. If We intend at any time to transfer any of your data outside the EEA, We will always obtain your consent beforehand and we have put in place safeguards to protect your data. 8.3 Data security is of great importance to Us, and to protect your data We have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure data collected through Our Sites.
8.4 We have implemented an information security program that contains administrative, technical and physical controls that are designed to safeguard your personal data, including industry-standard encryption technology. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
8.5 Notwithstanding the security measures that We take, it is important to remember that the transmission of data via the internet may not be 100% secure and that you are advised to take suitable precautions when transmitting to Us data via the internet.
9. Do We Share Your Data
9.1 We may share your data with other companies in Our group. This includes Our subsidiaries AND/OR Our holding company and its subsidiaries.
9.2 We may contract with third parties to supply products and Services to you on Our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery of goods, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, Our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.
In order to provide our Services to you, we share your data with the following categories of companies:
a) Companies in the Revital Group - all Revital companies within the group adhere to the same standards of data protection.
b) Companies that help get your purchases to you, such as payment service providers, warehouses and order packers or as part of the standard customer journey for the purposes of taking payment, managing your order, monitoring site performance and stability, improving customer experience, tracking revenue, delivery and returns.
c) Logistics and delivery providers who enable us to deliver products you order on our websites such as Royal Mail, DPD, FedEx, PPL.
d) Companies who provide us with CRM such as SalesForce, Desk.com.
e) Companies who help administer your feedback such as TrustPilot.
f) Companies who help us arrange any Services you have asked for, such as appointment bookings for our practitioners and Services.
g) Third party vendors who help us to manage and maintain the Group IT infrastructure;
h) Professional service providers, such as marketing agencies, advertising partners and website hosts who help us run our business and deliver our marketing and advertising to you, including third party print companies for mailing purposes.
i) Market research partners, who help us to analyse customer behaviour.
j) Data insight companies and other business systems providers who ensure the information we hold is up to date and accurate.
k) Fraud prevention agencies and payment card and insurance to ensure the safety and security of our customers, colleagues and business. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks. The third parties may keep a record of the information provided.
l) Companies approved by you, such as social media sites - providers - such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter - where we interact with you on social media; (if you choose to link your accounts to us), PayPal where you choose to use their payment service, and payment card business. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer and we may share your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable us to do such checks.
m) Advertising companies, who help us place Revital adverts online.
n) Klarna. To offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
General information on Klarna you can find here. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarna’s privacy policy.
9.3 Our Sites Where relevant, our professional advisors, such as lawyers and consultants. In certain circumstances We may be legally required to share certain data held by Us, which may include your personal information, for example, where We are involved in legal proceedings, where We are complying with the requirements of legislation, a court order, or a governmental authority. We do not require any further consent from you in order to share your data in such circumstances and will comply as required with any legally binding request that is made of Us.
10. What Happens If Our Business Changes Hands
10.1 If we sell or buy any business or assets or transfer an area of the business to a new provider, we will disclose your personal data to the prospective seller or buyer of such business or assets or any third party who acquires our assets or who the business is transferred to.
10.2 We may, from time to time, expand or reduce Our business and this may involve the sale and/or the transfer of control of all or part of Our business. Data provided by users will, where it is relevant to any part of Our business will be transferred along with that part and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Privacy Policy, be permitted to use the data for the purposes for which it was originally collected by Us.
10.3 In the event that any of your data is to be transferred in such a manner, you will not be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you will not, however, be given the choice to have your data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller.
11. How Can You Control Your Data
11.1 When you submit information via Our Services, you may be given options to restrict Our use of your data. We aim to give you strong controls on Our use of your data (including the ability to opt-out of receiving emails from Us which you may do by unsubscribing using the links provided in Our emails and at the point of providing your details AND/OR by managing your Account) .
11.2 You may also wish to sign up to one or more of the preference Services operating in the UK: The Telephone Preference Service ("the TPS"), the Corporate Telephone Preference Service ("the CTPS"), and the Mailing Preference Service ("the MPS"). These may help to prevent you receiving unsolicited marketing. Please note, however, that these Services will not prevent you from receiving marketing communications that you have consented to receiving.
12. Your Right to Withhold Information and Your Right to Withdraw Information After You Have Given it
12.1 You may access certain areas of Our Services without providing any data at all. However, to use all features and functions available on Our Sites or Services you may be required to submit or allow for the collection of certain data.
12.2 You may restrict your internet browser's use of Cookies. For more information, see section 14 and Our Cookie Policy.
12.3 You may withdraw your consent for Us to use your personal data as set out in section in 7 at any time by contacting Us using the details set out in section 17, and We will delete Your data from Our systems. However, you acknowledge this may limit Our ability to provide the best possible products and Services to you.

You have the legal right to ask for a copy of any of your personal data held by Us (where such data is held). Please contact Us for more details at dpo@revital.com, or using the contact details below in section 17.
14. What Cookies Do We Use and What For
14.1 Our Sites may place and access certain first party Cookies on your computer or device. First party Cookies are those placed directly by Us and are used only by Us. We use Cookies to facilitate and improve your experience of Our Sites and to provide and improve Our products and Services. For more details, please refer to section 7, above, and to section 14.6 below. We have carefully chosen these Cookies and have taken steps to ensure that your privacy is protected and respected at all times.
